Sales and Refund
Stream Networks does not offer any kind of refund. Once you ordered and paid a specific product we do not take that product back no matter the circumstances, and we do not give your money back. The above rules are not applied if the equipment we ship arrives damaged to you, or the equipment, any other than the external box designed for transportation, shows signs of usage. However, this certain cases will be carefully evalueted and this evaluation will be followed by a decision. This decision may be positive or false depending of the accused scenario. Once our decision is made, you have the rights that are given to you by the Romanian Law and it's institutes to reach a final conclusion, with or without the above mentioned entities help. Please note that our decision may be influenced by the actual producer of the purchased equipment or software and our supplier(s) of the equipment or software.
Pricing and Price Reductions/Corrections
With regards to pricing, Stream Networks reserves the right to change prices for products displayed at/on the Stream Networks Shop at any time, and to correct pricing errors that may inadvertently occur. Additional information about pricing and sales tax is available on the actual store.
Order Acceptance/Confirmation For Online and Call Center Purchases
Once we receive your order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify Stream Networks’ acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. The Stream Networks Shop reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If Stream Networks cancels an order after you have already been billed, Stream Networks will refund the billed amount.
Shipping & Delivery
(International) We are truly dedicated to our customers wherever they are. As such, we are shipping products around the world as long as we can assure they're safe transportation. If you want shipment outside Romania, please contact us before making any order, to confirm that we can actually send the package to your specific location. However, the actual international shipment cost will be 100% supported by the customer unless we do specify otherwise. We do reserve the right to make discounts or make free shipments for important and reliable customers. Please be aware that shipment cost may vary due package weight and destination, as well as insurance value. Be advised that shipment order may not be processed if the order doesn't reach a certain quantity or value. Also, we do reserve the right to refuse shipment for customers that are not reliable or accused of any kind of fraud or deceive.
(National) Shipment around the country is mostly assured by courier services or our personal services if we consider it proper. The actual national shipment cost will be 100% supported by the customer unless we do specify otherwise. The customer if free to choose any preferential courier service and delivery method. We do reserve the right to make discounts or make free shipments for important and reliable customers. Please be aware that shipment cost may vary due package weight and destination, as well as insurance value. Be advised that shipment order may not be processed if the order doesn't reach a certain quantity or value. Also, we do reserve the right to refuse shipment for customers that are not reliable or accused of any kind of fraud or deceive.
Be advised that shipment time may vary due equipment availability, global weather conditions and activity priority. We always inform our customers of the shipment time and situation as soon as the information is available to us.
If we do not specify otherwise, the shippment will take place after we receive the payment confirmation for the actual order.
In-Store Pickup, Return and Pickup Contact
Stream Networks offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you or the person designated by you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. Stream Networks will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, Stream Networks may cancel it.
If you select in-store pickup, you may designate a third party to pick up your order. You must provide the name and email address of the third party. Please note that certain products and payment methods are not eligible for in-store pickup by a third party. The third party will need to bring a government issued photo ID and order number for pickup. Stream Networks is not responsible for actions taken by the third party once your item(s) have been picked up.
Finally, we are always open for negotiations and bypass some of the above restrictions if they do not apply to certain situations.
